Challenge.

Citizens aren’t the only ones watching when a small community spends millions to improve internet access. Giant national brands with deep pockets pummel the local market with advertising, door-to—door sales people and TV advertising touting the value of their products. In a two-pronged attack political action committees funded by those same brands to oppose local self-reliance try undermining public confidence in the new municipally owned utility.​

We’re not new to these games or the high stakes involving the future of entire communities.
